West Elm has had my eye for some time now, and their newest collection of one-of-a-kind items for the Found Shop is right on point. The company has partnered with Aid to Artisans, a leader in creating opportunities for artisans around the world, and become one of their leading retail outlets.
Sourcing from the souks off Marrakech’s Jemaa el-Fina Square, buyers have secured a selection of hand hammered trays made of recycled aluminum. The production method insures each tray’s unique design.
Kantha cloth, made entirely from repurposed vintage cotton saris, is hand quilted by village artisans in India for these accent pillows and cozy throws.
