A change of pace does wonders for the soul. This weekend my view was pretty spectacular {as witnessed above}. The light on the ocean this day seemed to dance on forever. There was a break off the coastline with huge surf coming in that I had never seen before. It was more than easy to find 5 reasons to love my view:
- when the weatherman is wrong {in your favor} the unexpected sunshine is a delight
- getting the hubs unplugged for the weekend is always a good thing
- having the time to make a breakfast fit for a king with fresh ingredients feeds the soul
- discovering a chair crafted from a recycled wine barrel makes me feel creative
- getting the last of the seasons’ sunflowers puts a smile on anyone’s face.
